The 100% Shareholder intends to sell its Ukrainian subsidiary (company) founded in October 2010 in Ukraine. The key business of the company is trading with ferroalloys and commodities. The well known Metvinvest Group, Alchevsk Iron & Steel Works, Dneprovsky Integrated Iron&Steel Works named after Dzershinsky are among the main consumers of ferroalloys as well as other Ukrainian buyers.
The company has receivables and payables with European and Ukrainian counterparties.
